Development and construction of an automated test stand
The automated test stand enables the team at KLS Martin SE & Co. KG to carry out rapid and reproducible testing of electromedical instruments and accessories. Instruments and accessories can be attached to the carriage of a standard engraving machine - instead of the engraving head. With little effort and a few 3D printed parts, we were able to provide our customer with a functional solution in a very short time. Individual traverse profiles are created via a software and hardware interface developed by DMTpe, which are processed independently by the two-axis system. The electrosurgical unit is also activated and deactivated via the software.
