At the weekend, some of our employees swapped the office for mountain boots and set off for the Silvretta. The hike started in perfect weather with impressive views and challenging climbs.
But the mountains quickly showed their unpredictable side: a sudden thunderstorm with heavy rain surprised the group on Saturday. Everyone found shelter in a nearby hut - and a warming stove ensured that clothes dried and spirits rose again. Afterwards, the group continued together, well prepared for the next stages.
Moments like these show how important it is to stick together - whether on the mountain or in everyday project life: overcoming challenges together, supporting each other and moving forward stronger.
