Together, gardens were redesigned at five locations, paths were laid out, raised beds were built and living spaces for young people were improved - a day full of commitment, team spirit and lasting impressions.
DMTpe decided to turn this year's company event into a social project. On this day, gardening, crafts and teamwork were on the agenda - with the aim of noticeably improving the living spaces of the young people in the Waldhaus. Whether it was creating raised beds, building pallet furniture or carrying out complex garden maintenance, the young people were motivated to work everywhere.
The atmosphere was outstanding and working together with the Waldhaus team was a great experience. It was exciting to see how well the teams worked together - even outside of the usual structures. And the results showed how much a day full of commitment can achieve.
