At the beginning of 2025, Jürgen Haeberle handed over his position as Managing Director to Ralf Kühner.
Jürgen Haeberle co-founded the company in 1994, played a key role in shaping it and - together with Martin Hagg and Steffen Bauer - has developed it into one of the leading engineering partners for medical technology and life sciences in the DACH region over the last ten years.
Ralf Kühner succeeds Jürgen Haeberle and has been appointed Managing Director with effect from January 1, 2025 and will also be involved in DMTpe as a shareholder in the future. During his ten years at the company, Ralf Kühner has been responsible for marketing and sales and has also been a member of the executive board for two years.
Jürgen Haeberle will continue to support the company in sales and will remain active as a shareholder on DMTpe's advisory board, contributing his extensive experience and expertise to the company.
From 2025, DMTpe will continue to be managed by a team of three managing partners: Martin Hagg, Steffen Bauer and Ralf Kühner. DMTpe's independence will therefore be preserved and we are convinced that the company will remain successful and grow under the new management.
